Salmon is a healthy and delicious fish that can be cooked in many ways. Without all the fancy things, this is a good idea to use to create a normal fish recipe!
Soak the board in water. This will prevent them from catching fire on the grill. It's best to soak them for at least 4-6 hours, but it's better to stay overnight.
Warm up your grill. Turn it up and close the lid.
Prepare the shell mixture. Just mix all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and press it to the top of the fillet (not the skin side)
Prepare your board. Take them out of the water and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Then place them on the grill, cover for 3-5 minutes, or until they begin to burst and smoke.
Carefully place the fillet on a wooden board with the skin facing down. Allow at least one inch of space between them for even cooking.
Close the lid. Grill for 12-15 minutes and check regularly to make sure the board is not on fire. If so, don't worry, just use a sprinkler to blow out the flame.
Remove the board from the grill. The lemon juice is squeezed on the fish fillet.
