 4 - Wooden spoons won’t react badly with your food

The wooden spoons do not react, which means that wood does not react with acids in certain foods or leave an unpleasant metal taste, as metal spoons usually do. Over time, plastic spoons may begin to break down at the edges. This may lead to a small plastic sheet in the pan, which is not satisfactory. In order to ensure the purity of any recipe, there is really no substitute for such a problem as a wooden spoon or other wooden utensils.
